Lara has a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education with a Clear Teaching Credential. She graduated from the Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellowship and is endorsed as an Infant-Family Advanced Transdisciplinary Mental Health Practitioner (IF-ATMHP). Lara is certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. She works in private practice and through Spring Health Employee Assistance Program doing parent coaching, as well as serving families in early intervention as a sleep practitioner. Her clients report that her work

has minimized confrontation and struggle and allowed us to focus on the happy and joyful moments that our child brings us, which brings great joy to her heart too!

Lara and her husband Marshall have been married for over 25 years and currently have a fur baby who is a very loved and energetic border collie mix.
