Patricia Lakatos is a bilingual, bicultural licensed psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She is endorsed by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health as a Reflective Practice Mentor and Infant-Family Mental Health Specialist. Dr. Lakatos was trained in the Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Post-Graduate Certificate Program and is a member of the ZERO TO THREE Academy of Fellows. In addition to her work as a supervisor and clinician in the Early Childhood Mental Health program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Dr. Lakatos has over 20 years’ experience providing mental health consultation in early childhood education and childcare settings, including at local Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Dr. Lakatos is the lead trainer for Child-Parent Psychotherapy at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and leads the reflective supervision training series for our American Psychological Association-accredited psychology postdoctoral training program in Early Childhood Mental Health.
